The staff is always friendly and helpful! I had a question about bird behavior at one of my feeders and the staff person answered all my question! Thanks so much for all you do for the birds and the humans who love to feed and watch them!

Ordered on the phone. Was only 10 minutes away and they had it all ready for me when I got there. They loaded the car and answered questions in regards to specific birds and other animals in my back yard. Very friendly!
