WBU has an incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I have been to the store many times, and my experience is always wonderful. Can't say that I've seen such consistent excellent service in any other store in which I shop. Thanks so much for helping me enjoy birding during this challenging time.

The staff is very helpful in helping figure out what is best for the birds I my yard and what products are best to use. Great products and easy website for ordering. Nice that curbside is offered. Very friendly staff.

Staff was cheerful and helpful on the phone and at curbside pickup. When I pulled into a parking space and checked the order, 1 item was missing. I called the store and by the time I pulled up to the door they were standing there with the item. Very polite and efficient.
