A staff member called to ask if my gift order could be shipped closer to Christmas so the feed would be fresh. That was so nice and thoughtful. She was a really nice person to talk too...it made my day. Your staff is outstanding!!!

Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful and they are always friendly and welcoming. They cart the stuff to my car and load it for me with a smile on their face.

I had the coupons that were recently sent out. I asked the sales associate to help me buy enough merchandise to use a coupon. She and a male sales associate were very helpful.
