It was a walk up window. I was not in store. The girl spent time helping me because I was unsure which product I wanted. She was awesomely nice and really went out of her way. Always good quality food and service and products.

I stopped by to pick up some bird seed. The store is technically closed because of Covid but I could purchase at the walk-up window. Safe distancing practices were in place. The store clerk brought my bird seed to the car and loaded it for me. So while I’m sure the store was clean, etc., I was not able to go inside. Just wanted to clarify as the survey questions don’t take this option into account.

Quick service and delivery to my door. Associate wore a face mask And was very friendly. I ordered online in the morning and it was delivered late afternoon. Great customer service!
