Doc took the time to talk to me when he placed my order in the car. I miss connecting with people so it was a welcome respite from the isolation. He made my day!

Staff is always friendly and our order is always in stock. The staff always suggest new options for our birds which work great. We got a new bird feeder with Suet for renewing our membership and the birds ate it all in 2 days! Guess we’ll be back tomorrow!

Most of the staff at the store know me by name. They are always available to answer questions regarding birds or the feed to offer them. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and helpful customer support.
