Placing order via phone was simple and straight forward. Person I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Pick up was quick and efficient and people friendly during the interaction.

Order arrived (with an extra "gift" from you--thanks!) a day before scheduled. Delivery driver waited until I came to the door; the package was too heavy for me to carry, so I called my son to help. I suspect the driver would have brought it in for me if my son hadn't been available. We parted with a brief wave from my front porch and his car.

Got what I needed within a couple hours of ordering it online. When I pulled up to the curb, someone came out immediately and went to get my order. It took perhaps 2 or 3 minutes to puck up my order.

I’ve always loved WBU. They have a great inventory of food and feeders. And everyone is always very kind and helpful.
