The staff here is always friendly and knowledgeable. Our birds love the butter bark and suet cakes, so with curbside pickup, we can easily replenish our supply.

One of the items on my wish list, although in stock, was a bit "buggy." The associate took it upon herself to offer me a discount on it, which she didn't have to do, but was much appreciated. The order was ready for pickup when I arrived, the whole experience was very positive.

Great service and product

Two days ago I used curbside pickup for seed cylinder. Today I had to exchange my feeder since the clear plastic one that was broken had been discontinued. I did have to wait since another lady was in front of me, selecting her seeds. When it was my turn, everyone was very helpful to get me the feeder that met our needs and even install my new cylinder in!

Staff was friendly and helpful on the phone. Promised a delivery on Wednesday and it was delivered on Tuesday = happy birds. Contactless delivery very well done.
