Wild Birds Unlimited

I like wild birds unlimited because their birdseed is like crack for the birds and other wildlife. The staff is always friendly and courteous and always knows exactly what I need. I am very pleased with the curbside pickup process although I really miss coming into the store and look forward to the day that we can do that again. Until then I am quite pleased with the current process.

The ordering process was simple and flawless. My order was ready quickly and the email communication/info was clear. Upon arrival at the store, someone was waiting for me at the curb with a smile. Lauren quickly loaded my bird seed and did her job with a smile I could hear and sense, even through her mask!

Ordered it around Noon. Was delivered at around 7pm the same day. Awesome.

I called in my order on the way to the store. The associate who took my call was professional and patient and very knowledgeable about my previous orders which helped a great deal. In less than 5 minutes I was greeted at curbside and my car loaded up for me. Excellent service! Thank you!

Great products at a fair price. Staff is very quick to fill an order and an associate was waiting curbside for anyone who picked up. When I have called with a question I know I'll get someone knowledgable
