Customer service is always amazing. Highly knowledgeable staff. Everyone is always friendly. All staff members always seem to have a positive attitude. Any products I ever need seem to always be in stock.

We appreciate the blogs with information about the birds. I do miss going into the store to ask questions. We have been able to attrack blue birds to our yard thanks to their input. The one style of feeder we get for the cone seed keep breaking. We bring in the bottom and I think pay for a new one? Not sure, my husband does it.
