The store only had a walk-up option (couldn't go inside), so the man we spoke to at the window was INCREDIBLY helpful. It was our first visit. We easily selected the bird seed we needed and another man carried the bag right out to our car. Excellent service!

Good customer service

I have bought all my bird feeding supplies at now the Sawmill store for many years. Great products and friendly, knowledgeable staff. During the pandemic I switched to delivery. Most times, if I order in the morning, it's delivered in the evening.

It's a very efficient process...ordering by phone and picking up curbside.

the gentleman who brought my bird house stand and baffle out to may car, asked if I had ever used one before, and then explained in detail what I needed to do. Also, someone had hand written on the baffle brown paper wrapping some nice detailed instructions. I appreciate the extra kindness that was involved in this service
