30 year customer of the WBU store in Dublin, OH. Always enjoy stopping in. Staff is always friendly and helpful. If I had a suggestion, I would like to see WBU move away from using plastic bags for seed. Find a way to have pretty signage and displays and then throw a paper bag in the car with the seed...something more environmentally focused.

Excellent customer service. Actually, the order arrived the same day that I placed the order. I felt bad that I didn't have time to clear the snow from my drive. Whoever delivered the order, I promise to have it cleaned the next time. Appreciate your effort.

I was allowed to apply coupon (refund to card) when I arrived to pick up bird seed that I ordered over phone. Staff carried two bags to my car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Very quick and courteous service

You had what I wanted and it was ready even faster than the estimate I was given online. The minute, I mean the minute (!) I pulled up to the curb, an associate was there to get my name and then my order, all with a big smile!

I appreciated the fact they were able to get the delivery to me in one day. It was right before the winter storm, and I was able to put out the food immediately. The delivery driver rang the doorbell, which was great since that was the only contact they had with us. I have recommend Wild Birds Unlimited to my friends and family, and I buy gifts for them from there so that they can see the quality.
