The gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly and carried my purchase out to my car. And I forgot my coffee and he ran after my car as I was pulling out if the parking lot to give it to me.

Very friendly staff and great selection of merchandise. There were also bird feeders in the parking lot feeding hungry birds when I arrived so that made me happy.

I came into the store to buy a bird feeder. I am not knowledgeable of birds. So I really appreciated all the help and information the sales associate gave me regarding the different types of feeders and the bird food. She was so helpful and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I had a very specific birdfood question, and it was answered right away by staff (no need to look anything up). also they offered to help me carry birdseed to my car.
