Had the product I wanted, had free delivery saving me a trip to the store. Delivery was on time and placed on my front porch.

The staff person came up to me right away to help with what I was looking for and supplied in-depth information about the bird feeders I needed. She continued to help with check-out and even helped carry my items to my car. A plus customer service! Thank you! And everyone was so friendly! A warm, friendly, clean atmosphere in the store!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I learned, from a customer the type of hummingbird I had. Learned that she was an aggressive territorial type. However, I discovered another more unusual breed was also a frequent visitor. The store was easy to get to and spotless. Inventory was neatly displayed, and easy to access. All in all great experience.

The transaction was very easy with the exception that the peanuts in the shell was not listed on the website so I had to call the store to order them.
