You are my “go to” to keep my ongoing demand from over 20 birds visiting my feeders twice a day. I love these feeders. They protect the food from my squirrels yet seem to have created a peaceful community of birds feeding, “dropping” bits and serving these squirrels -“4 live-in” regulars. Quite a community. This business strikes the perfect balance between online convenience and personal service. I did have some confusion in placing an online order, but it was quickly cleared up with a phone call to the owner. My birds are very happy -- and I am too.

Scott is a great owner. It appears as though he always comes out of the back of the store when he is there and help is needed up front. Even when not needed often comes out to greet customers. I feel very comfortable asking any questions or just making comments. During this visit I asked him if others had made comments/complaints about the bark butter in the tubs, as I have noticed a change in the consistency which affects how it applies to my bark butter feeder and how the birds are not as interested as they have been in the past. He was very receptive and indicated he would follow up even though he has not experienced any issues applying to trees.

This shopping experience was exceptional!!!! The staff knew exactly what I needed for my birds. I bought items for a gift and I bought the exact items for myself. 😊 I will be returning to this store this week.

Order is prepared quickly for pickup. Emails are always sent advising any item that is out of stock and date expected to be a available. Communication is great. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It is one of my favorite stores. The staff is cheerful, well informed and extremely helpful. The merchandise is displayed in a very appealing manner and priced well, too.
