I had done some research on WBU website looking for a solution for a smart camera bird house I was given. At the store, my challenge was quickly understood, questions answered and an alternative solution suggested. The alternative solution was the one I went with and the solution has worked perfectly! I appreciated being "heard" and understood; plus, having an alternative solution offered and available.
