Scott, Susan, MaryBeth and others are attentive, helpful and efficient. They know our birds!

Staff is always very cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful. They take the time to answer questions regardless of how busy they are. If they don't have an item in stock, they provide some indication of when they believe the item will be available. They have been very careful to protect their customers during the COVID pandemic.

The wonderful staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable, not only about birds, but about wildlife, too. She helped me to be less anxious about a bird and baby squirrel that appeared hurt or sick. This helped me so much!

They had what I needed. And everyone is always friendly.

When I walked into the store a clerk just pointed to her mask!!! Quietly reminded me that I had forgotten mine! She handled my mistake so nicely and all clerks have been extremely nice and helpful each time I have been in the store. I had never been into a Birds Unlimited location prior to moving to Charlottesville, Va.
