Both people working were super nice. The lady was very helpful. Another customer was in and the lady was highly attentive and trying to help what was very clearly a user error on the customers part. A guy saw us waiting in line and very quickly offered to check us out. Incredibly clean store, tons of neat things to look at, and very nice staff.

Extension poles I wanted were not in stock. Just waiting for those to restock to finish buying what I need.

Terrific Sales Lady

I love going in to visit the store. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. I love looking at all the new items.

Some workers offered to help as soon as I walked in, but when I let them know I was browsing and didn't need assistance they left me alone to peruse, which I appreciated. When I did ask for help, they were very knowledgeable and helped me make some great selections.

Scott Karr was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. He took the time to install the snake/raccoon proof cage over the bird house. He knew who I was because of my online orders even though I had never stepped foot in his store. He has great customer service skills.

I always have a pleasant conversation when I walk into Wild Birds Unlimited. I would never consider purchasing bird seed from anywhere else.

I like the convenience of ordering by phone and having put in my trunk. FYI, I ordered hot pepper chips, but many of my squirrels love it. Very disappointing
