Extremely fast service from my online order to receiving my order via FedEx. My order was well-packaged, and protected by bubble wrap on all sides. Nothing at all was damaged. I was able to put my items to use immediately. I am a very pleased customer!

This store has an excellent selection of bird seed and other related products, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

Overall I like to support local businesses. While WBU is a franchise, it is still owned by a local person and that is important to me. PLUS, I love getting my email with tips from Scott! While I could buy seed cheaper at TSC, I enjoy coming into the store and chatting with the very nice and helpful employees.

The staff described the differences in the suet and bird seed and helped me choose what I needed because I have a squirrel problem. They also assisted me with selecting a pole system that I can add onto and what I needed to feed the blue birds that frequent my yard.
