Got everything I ordered plus a surprise gift. All arrived in a timely fashion and no damage as was well packed.

Birding is new to me since the pandemic. I started out with a feeder and food from WalMart, which produced less than exciting results. A neighbor referred me to WBU and I found everyone to be immensely helpful. My purchases have increased along with the number and variety of birds at my feeders. I loved the experience I have when I shop at WBU and Susan is absolutely amazing.

All the reasons answered in the survey. Great owners & staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable. High quality products but a little pricey. Hard to fit into a fixed budget.

The staff is friendly and eager to help. The store has a small-town feel to it "where everyone knows your name." Selection of products is always excellent.
