The ease of ordering and customer service at the store are excellent! They do an superb job of keeping us informed if stock is getting low on a particular seed, and also if there are issues with local birds we should keep an eye out for. I actually pass by other WBU stores in my travels, but defer to ordering from this store because of their excellent customer service.
