The store is in a good location, the staff is knowledgeable and efficient. They have a good selection and will make repairs to feeders purchased there.

the store associate actually answered questions about birds in ohio where my daughter and family have just moved! she recommended what seeds to tell them to buy and even looked in her bird book to find what hummingbirds are in cleveland. and she would have given me all her time and knowledge even if i hadn’t made a small purchase. i was amazed…i wish i knew her name! i’ll definitely be back before i visit my daughter in august!

They had products in stock that met my needs.

Staff always helpful, knowledgeable; birds love the seed I get at WB. Squirrels and chipmunks, too! My only regret - parking is so far from front door now that the store has relocated.
