As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. They looked up my first purchase, pulled the bags I needed and pointed out the sales rack. I had the membership program explained to me, joined and by time I was done I had already almost earned my membership fee back. Love the seed products! Exceptionally clean and food grade and I know my backyard birds love it too as they are always at the feeders compared to years past when I'd buy prepackaged big box store food.

They have an excellent selection of bird food, houses, bird baths etc. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful and they often refer to me by my first name. (I'm a regular customer.) In addition to answering questions about bird food they are always willing to carry what I've purchased to my car. That is truly exemplary service.
