as always was greeted promptly - inquired if I needed help/advice - discussed concerns with feeder I purchased (suet squirrel buster type - still not thrilled with reception by my feathered friends of this new feeder, but hoping it will become more popular. I phoned the store again yesterday with a bluebird question and Susan and Scott were very helpful and understanding of my problem. Great resource to our commuinity
