Quick and easy

Clearly the best place for bird food and supplies. I find the bird feeders/ bird baths a bit too pricey for my budget so I do purchase those elsewhere. I drive an hour each way to go to the Charlottesville store, so you know that I am a dedicated customer.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and I can get in and out in a timely fashion.

Scott always is responsive to questions. The bird seed product is superior to other local birdseed suppliers. I know because the birds can tell.

I urgently needed some reflective decals for a big glass window that had just proved itself deadly. Horrible. I was ably assisted by (a man) and delighted to find that your offerings have expanded to include some concentric-circles (and dots) vinyl decals. I much prefer them to the birds and leaves etc-- just my esthetic preference for a more "modern" and less-intrusive design-- although the No. 1 concern is effectiveness and durability. So happy to be a little bit more able now to protect my birds against human stupidity (mine, in this case).
