The staff was so friendly. I couldn't remember the name of the seed I purchased last and they were able to look it up for me. Also they were hosting a fundraiser for Ivy Creek, which I also love.

Scott took time with me to explain preferences of feed to different species of birds. Also answered my questions about bird populations.

Since I have arthritis I was looking for a way to more easily hang my bird feeders. The pole kit that I originally bought could only be worked into the ground 8 or 9 inches and was way too tall for me to reach to hang the feeders. When I came back to the store, the kind staff showed me the shorter 36" pole I could substitute for the 48" one and also the hook that could help me put the feeders up. Both work perfectly and I can now feed and enjoy my birds - thank you so much! Wonderful store and staff.
