Everything has gone smoothly with our orders in the 3+ years we've been ordering from WBU. We were hopeful that the peppered seed cylinders would solve our bear problem and they have! After the first knockdown, we had none for 3 years. An apparent newby tried this spring, knocked it down, didn't chow down though... and has not tried again although game cam shows he's been around! LOL! Success! Friendly, prompt service adds to the A+++ they get from us!

The current staff members have the knowledge I would anticipate. They have been welcoming and extremely helpful, in addition to being "Bird Smart."

This store has everything one could want for the feeding of wild birds, from birdseed to bird houses. Save for Wild Birds Unlimited, I will never purchase birdseed from another vendor.

Every time I go staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.

I wanted more hot pepper suet that staff had recommended to me before. Not only was it available, but staff showed me a whole display of hot pepper products. After discussing the birds I feed and issues I have, staff suggested a mealworm feeder that should be perfect for my needs. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Owner/manager was extremely knowledgable about feeders, birds, and ecology of area in general.
