It was just a routine visit

Experience was fine. Staff exceptional. Visit not necessarily better or worse than other retailers.

Out of the seed I wanted: Choice

Didn’t have the 20lb bag of bird seed I use. Had smaller bags so it worked out

Service was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only thing that I wasn't highly satisfied with was the prices are a little high.

I was perfectly happy with the experience, but there was nothing unusual about it. I bought 40 lbs of birdseed, which I have been doing on a regular basis ever since the store opened many years ago.

The bird food I always buy does not have the same ingredients. Formerly, I had no residue beneath my feeders, now the birds are hulling the food. Not what I want.

I love the merchandise and the staff. I just find the prices to be too high on the bird seed and Bark butter. The Bark butter has gone up $4.00 in the last year. I buy most of my seed where it is more reasonably priced.

The store was out of what I had specifically gone to the store to get and would not get any back until the next week.

The birds won’t touch the feed cylinder I purchased. Complete waste of $30.
