I rarely rate anyone highly likely or perfect but basically the product I wanted was not available. No big issue. One more reason to go back. Everyone is always friendly.

The man who checked me out treated me as if I were a leper. I am vaccinated but I was not wearing a mask. The man who came in for bird seed while I was there was not told to stand behind the plexiglass. Your employee did not hop back and forth to the cash register while checking the man out like he did me. He also carried seed to the other customer’s car. I get that covid is going around but he needs to get a grip! As much as I love these products, if this fella acts this way when I make another visit, I will not return.

They were out of the safflower bird seed but I’m sure the ice storm threw the deliveries off- not a big deal

Only the large Safflower cannisters were in stock. They had a limited supply of smaller cannisters on that visit.

STORE OWNER OVER ENERGETIC TO MAKE SALES. HE WAS A POOR LISTENER. I AM AN EXPERIENCED BIRD WATCHER-FEEDER. MY WIFE AND I BOTH THOUGHT HE DID NOT PICK UP ON THIS. THE FEEDERS, ETC. WE HAD BOUGHT FROM THIS STORE SOME TIME AGO. HE DID TRY TO PLEASE US.WHAT WE PURCHASED WILL BE A XMAS PRESENT TO FAMILY MEMBERS. I THINK HE WAS WELL MEANING AT HIS SALES JOB. HE DID MAKE US NERVOUS. HOWEVER WE WILL RETURN TO THE WACO TX, STORE AGAIN..
