The staff makes you feel welcome to purchase or browse and or ask questions. The food is very fresh and a wide selection to choose from. The staff is extremely polite and friendly.

This is one of my favorite stores to visit. There is always new merchandise to browse, and the items I need are always in stock. The store is welcoming, and I always feel like I get personal attention when I need it. Errol and Nick are both knowledgeable about the products and birds in general. Both are very friendly and easy to talk to. During the busy bird seasons, I stop in for supplies every week. I just love the store!

The prices seem rather high on some items.

Very reduced selection of seed, and nesting blend was not in stock in both seed and cylinder. Some seed that was available was not listed as being available. I found it when I bought up “previously purchased”. I was supposed to get a small bag of seed as a gift for my birthday. There was no place to put in my code, so I tried to use it under “gift card” and, of course, the code was invalid. If you offer a gift like that, the customer should have a way to redeem it. I emailed Customer Service because there was no answer when I called. I never heard from the store either by phone or text.

The price of the merchandise is on the high side. Otherwise, everything was great!

I believe I am a club member and what I purchased was supposed to be discounted for club members.

I was good with everything except the price of the no mess blend I purchased. I have bought this product ever since it was introduced.It has gone up about about $50 a bag. We like the product, but can’t justify or afford $70 a bag.

Seed selection has been slim for my last 3 to 4 visits.
