The owner/manager or salesperson (?) was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to be so passionate about birds and habitats, etc. He answered all our questions, and helped us with our purchase of a hanging birdbath and a wiggler. The only problem, and this is a big one, we installed the birdbath on a pole hangar, with water and the wiggler, about 6 feet from our bird feeder right after we got home. Each day, we changed the water. To date, not a single bird has seemed the least bit interested in the bird bath! Any suggestions?

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Even when the staff is busy with another customer, my presence is always acknowledged upon entering the store. As a matter of fact everyone is greeted when he/she enters the store.
