The staff person I spoke with was familiar with the items I wanted and had them ready to put in my car by the time I arrived at the store. The transaction was completed quickly and easily. The staff person brought my items out to my car, and I left.

Happy to be able to get WBU products after I moved away from your WACO store. There is no WBU near me and I am glad to be able to continue having access to your products and so are my birds.
