The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I love to see new products not only for birds, but in decorations for home and yard.

I called ahead to see if the suet cylinders I wanted were available. Staff were friendly and checked to be sure; they also set aside the quantity I asked for. When I stopped by WBU to get the suet cylinders and a few other things the clerk was friendly, helpful and answered my questions. I recently highly recommended WBU to other birdwatchers on the Nextdoor App. I enjoy your store and all the items I have purchased there over the years.

Salesperson was very helpful. He was clear about the precautions taken in the store for everyone's health and safety. He was wearing a mask, which I appreciated. He carried my big bag of bird seed out to my vehicle. Very nice.
