The manager was very knowledgeable about all available items in the store. He listened to my requests and found exactly what I wanted. I was comfortable with the degree of hygiene and felt at ease shopping during COVID.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Miss seeing their smiles because of mask but can see it through their eyes. Thank you for all you can fit in a bag sale. Hadn’t planned on Christmas shopping that day but ended up getting most of it done in your store. Thanks!

Location, merchandise, supplies, personnel, variety, service. I am not only treated as a customer, but as a friend also. I am greeted by name.

Employees are always super friendly to everyone. I like that there is a hand sanitizer station at the going going in and out. Someone helps me with the large 20lb bags to my car.

The owner and staff at Wild Birds Unlimited in Waco, TX are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy shopping at this store.
