If I had a problem with my order and there have only been a very few the Waco store courteously took care of the problem. They have been easy to contact if I had a question about an item. I give them an A plus for their customer service.

Staff does a great job answering my questions, there is a good selection and everything seems to be of excellent quality. Great store. I wandered in one day about 3 years ago, had never fed a bird in my life or had any interest whatsoever. Staff's passion and ease of start up got me started. Have grown to really enjoy feeding my birds and noticing the difference around my yard and neighborhood. Very satisfied!

It was a totally awesome experience!!! That had exactly what I needed, and were very helpful in sharing a new product. I bought items from our home and others for a gift. We LOVE Wild Birds Unlimited!!!
