I knew what I was getting and had a speedy checkout with the employee working at the cash register. I had a nice chat and then pet the store cat. Overall a good experience.

I have been going WBU for several years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! I love my bird feeders and my cats and I love to watch them. I also love the cat at your store! Looks just like my Brett!

I love this store it has everything I need for my birds. With the Bird Butter I buy from you I have attracted the Downy Woodpecker and the Red Headed woodpeckers. They come at least twice a day to eat. Other birds enjoy it too.

The friendly staff is always quick to greet shoppers, the store is clean and has a wide variety of merchandise to purchase and I always get information on what's going on with the birds in my area.
