The store was very neat and the staff highly knowledgeable about what we needed for our feeder. The store staff offered us upcoming sales at the store. On the board outside it had suggestions to attract different types of birds.

Staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. Store is clean and well laid out for ease in finding items. You can always count on getting quality items.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked with a variety of products not only for birds but to enhance the look of the yard.

Its a great store with high quality merchandise. I am very happy with everything I have bought. The knowledge of the workers has helped me create a bird oasis in my backyard.

This is no fault of the local store. The team has tried to correct an issue. Somehow a second account was created of my behalf. I have been trying to merge two accounts (on the phone and in the store) due to losing access to one of the email addresses associated with my account. The process has made it whereas I can't get credit for having a membership for online purchases. I have to go into the store for purchases. My new email has been updated in the system, but I still can't order products as a member online.
