Wild Birds Unlimited

Whenever I go to Wild Birds Unlimited, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are able to answer all my questions and usually offer personal anecdotes to illustrate what they say. Because of their help, I have had birds at my feeder that I would never have dreamed of seeing. This is really special to me, so I am willing to pay prices for products that I do consider high. Without the exceptional customer service, I probably would not buy seed, etc. at Wild Birds Unlimited.

It starts with the owner. Great attitude, so kind and very knowledgable. This transcends to the rest of the staff. Everyone is really kind and patient making sure that all questions are answered. No high press use sales but always willing to point you in a direction leaving it up to us the customer to get what we want. Just love everyone at the store!

Returned some nut blend suet because the birds would not touch it. It sat out for three weeks and only a few bites taken from it. Salesperson replaced it with no hassle.
