The staff is always eager to help and pleasant to deal with. Furthermore I always am able to find what I need in a timely manner.

The staff is always fun and energetic and seems to enjoy the hobby. I enjoy talking to them about the birds I get and they always have good recommendations. I love the hot pepper products that the squirrels don't like.

I received prompt, knowledgeable assistance. The employee (who is one of the owners) pointed out my coupon would go farther on a bird feeder than on a bag of food (which is already discounted because I am a member). I also like the new little plastic pocket holder thing for the rewards receipts. Also, during checkout the employee(owner) noticed I was checking over the lid of the feeder. I wasn't going to say anything but it was a tad roughed up. He picked up on that and volunteered, "let's grab you a different one with a nicer lid". Very perceptive and appreciated.

I had a squirrel-damaged WBU bird feeder which your friendly staff replaced for me--in fact, going beyond what I asked for. Plus, the staff showed me how to disassemble it to clean the base. This is my third feeder (I have commando squirrels) and you always make it right. The clerk even gave me a bag of your brand of birdseed to see if my birds like it. What a great experience? Thank you.

I have always loved this store. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. I am impressed at how nicely the merchandise is displayed especially the new Christmas items that are currently in the store. There is such a high level of customer service here that I will remain a loyal customer!

Wild Birds is a life line for my birds including live meal worms and feeders carrying a lifetime warranty. Can't beat that! I love the store so much, when my friend retired and decided to start feeding birds I purchased the complete bluebird house set up for him. Every year I attend the bluebird talk and every year I learn something new. Great store - great staff.
