Always greeted with knowledgable staff. Clean inviting store. Merch and displays rotated great display.

This is one of the best retail stores I have ever visited. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The store is always well supplied and we love the educational sessions which are held there on a regular bases. We have even introduced our 11 year old neighbor to the love of birds and visited the store with her; she loved it! Items sold in the store are available online but I would much rather visit this store, interact with the friendly staff and keep them around as a thriving business.

The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Store is beautiful. The clerk answered all my questions about blue bird nesting boxes and I will probably be back before the end of the month.

The sales associate John was excellent. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. He was understanding of our needs.

This is my favorite WBU store. I always feel like they try to tell me about items I'd like not just try to up-sell me or suggest things I don't really need or want.

I LOVE all WBU but this is my ‘home store’..people are unbelievably nice every single time.... this time we bought some things but came in to look at the binoculars...we did not buy a pair there but the staff was very very helpful and informative. In this case we were able to purchase on line for much cheaper...at no fault of the store staff... I love WBU and spend aproximatly $1,000 per year.
