The guy that checked me out was super sweet. He saw me looking super confused and asked if I needed help. He was able to look up my account with ease, and show me what I needed. He was super friendly and kind. He was also super knowledgeable about the products. He offer to take it out to the car for me too! I love this store so much! Thank you!!!!! :)

The employees are so knowledgeable about the products that it makes shopping here so much fun! There are so many feeders ad foods to choose from — it’s never an easy decision. No matter what I purchase, I always leave the store a happy customer.

Friendly greeting upon entering the store. Offering assistance, carry product out to the car. Always have the product we are looking for in stock, various bird seed and live mealworms.

We purchased a hummingbird feeder because of the great satisfaction we have had with our wild bird feeder, pole and baffle. We took it in today because one window was cracked after 8or 9 years of use and they were able to make it good as new on the spot for no charge. They stand by their lifetime warranty. Staff was excellent!

Love the store. Bought a club membership for my friend and it makes it easy to buy birthday and Christmas gifts. So much to chose from.
