I have been a customer for over 15 years and consistently recommend this store to friends and neighbors. The staff is very knowledgable about birds, environments, food, problems... everything related to supporting a healthy environment for birds. I recommend this store to my neighbors who are always amazed at the variety of birds that frequent my feeders year-round. In this time of COVID, the birds make me and my neighbors so happy - I'm glad I can keep them coming with the supplies I get at WBU!

Been coming to WBU years. Reason I’m not likely to recommend is that all my friends already have their bird/buying set. Of course if anyone asks me, I would HIGHLY recommend. Staff is fantastic!!!
