I always get good help in exploring products and end up with things that keep my backyard birds happy. I was disappointed that I couldn't find the solar bird bath bubbler/fountain that I needed, but happy to get my questions answered.

EVERYONE is always willing to help and answer questions no matter how silly it may sound. Plus the quality of all the feeders and such, if I have an issue of broken part you all evaluate it and fix it quickly. Love the customer service!!!!

This was my first time in the store. I'm new to birds...thanks to Covid and having lots of time on my hands...and I've been creating a bird friendly backyard habitat. With not much knowledge, the two super helpful ladies in the store helped me choose the perfect products.
