Customer service is always excellent. Whenever I have an issue with one of my feeders or have a concern it is resolved quickly. No matter how busy the store is there is always someone that can help.

I went in for a hanging plant stand and had an item in mind but the clerk was SO knowledgeable and helpful. Told me I’d be wasting money on unneeded parts and sent me home with the perfect set up.

Staff was friendly. Went in for mealworms and they were available, a size I expected and looked "fresh".

I brought in my broken dinner bell feeder and the cage surrounding it. i was looking to just replace it (again) or at least have it taken apart so I might use pieces if it. To my surprise, I was so happy to get a full reimbursement instead and to put that toward a whole new feeder (among other things). Every time I go in to get food or whatever, everyone is full off knowledge and helpful information. They make me feel like i’m really important - like family or friends.
