The staff is friendly, remembers and asks about the birds we see, remembers and asks about family, is helpful, makes good recommendations, and are knowledgeable about the products.

The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and my little dog loves him. I consider him to be a friend as well as a businessman.

Eric and Sarah are great! They make you feel welcome and are always ready to help.

Eric who owns the store is super nice, friendly, helpful, and even likes my dog! The store is always a pleasant place to visit and have a nice chat with Eric about birds and bird food. Eric is also very nice about having curbside pick up when I am in a rush. The store is attractive with the merchandise nicely displayed. It is a happy place to shop!
