The friendliness of the staff

customer service.....first time i've come in the store since 3/2020. despite the effect of forest fires, shipping delays, covid, etc., it seems like just yesterday i shopped in the store. customer service is great inside and outside and staff and i can chat and laugh while the job gets done. you have a colorful store with lots to look at and buy that isn't available elsewhere. the bird song playing quietly in the background is so calming.
