Way overpriced!

I had a coupon for a twenty-five percent off the price and it was not accepted. Why? It was a day late. The store owners could have given me a break but chose not to.

Very expensive .... would like to know if you have sales

Seed is expensive. Too many gimmicks on price of future purchases and on promotions

Prices were much higher than I thought they would be.

First they couldn’t find my order then someone asked me how I had ordered. I then had someone come out to car, lift up my trunk, deposit the items and left. Never said we found your order, thanks for the order or anything. Because of my experience prior to this that was so friendly, I would think of going elsewhere.

I do not like the new plan in which you have an annual fee to pay. Also, there really is no savings since the prices went up.

Did not have some of the items I wanted. Temporary out of stock. Seems they are always out of stock.

I have been shopping at the 4251 Tilghman St. store in Allentown for many years. This franchise was recently sold. The new owner said my shopper card expired and would not stamp or accept my Wild Birds Unlimited Frequent Seed Shopper Card at the register. I had 8 purchases stamped on my card and was 2 purchases away from my 11th bag free. I was put off by this experience and will take my business elsewhere.

The staff! I am very pleased with the product selection as well, but the staff make this store special!
