The cost of the seed was too high.

Was just looking around. Already have most of the stuff i need for winter. May come back for birdbath accessories in the Spring. Also, interested in squirrel-proof feeders. Saw the ones you have. Will have to look for others.

I feel the prices are a bit high for the large bags of bird seed. I get a better deal at Tractor Supply for these items.

Dog knocked over one of the glass bird baths so staff was distracted trying to clean up the mess and keep the dog from stepping into the glass. Not a huge problem but can do without the drama.

The Bird house I purchased will not attract any birds, in fact, they will not come and eat?

Problems checking out but not the person's fault was the system they were using.

I wanted a solar fountain/bubbler for my bird bath. The store did not carry any. The store did have a selection of electric. They were just not an option because there is no electric near where my bird bath is positioned. I have since done more research and decided that I will just bring my bird bath (concrete) inside for the winter. Not sure if a winter weather compatible solar bird bath exists but if it does. I would buy it.

Every thing was clean and neat and we were satisfied with the shopping experience.

I think the staff is too quick to "help". Saying hello and letting a person know you're available for any questions or help but then leave us to look around without constant supervision. There's a fine line between being helpful and making someone feel like they have to rush through the store and get out. Last time I was there I felt rushed, I felt like I was being constantly watched. Relax, let us look around. I know I buy more if I have time to look. I do love your store, I would like to feel comfortable there.
