One of the sales associates would come closer than 6 feet while I was in the store. It just made me nervous even though we both had face masks on.

I thought I might buy a birdbath but the prices were extremely high. I use their products often but these just seemed really high. Also birdhouses..... prices were just higher than I anticipated paying.

Store and staff wonderful. However, I had received an email with coupon from the store, that I was unable to use when placing my order online, even though I was picking up in store. I called to ask about it and was told I had to place my order verbally over the phone to use the coupon. Not a big deal but an oddity (the coupon was digital so why couldn't I use it digitally?) Thanks!
