During this visit the staff just didn't seem as highly engaged as I have experienced in past visits. I understand, sometimes people are just not having a great day🙂 I walked in to the store and said, " Ahhh, my favorite place in the Lehigh Valley!!" ( and I really mean that!) and received barely a smile. Again, I understand, sometimes people just aren't "feeling" it. I got the sense that I was more of an intrusion than an interested customer.
