1. Need a replacement part for my feeder - staff gave it to me without issue and ended up ordering a replacement part for their stock. Unexpected level of service. 2. Staff helped me carry my purchases out to the car. They always do it but it is really appreciated. 3. New owner has brought in a lot of solid merchandise. I really liked some of the new things that were in the store. Also it is reworked and flows even better than before. Plus they have a great new pup to enjoy while I am waiting for check out. My favorite store to shop in.
